Hot galvanizing

Hot galvanizing provides a valuable, long-term and solid corrosion protection. It is the cheapest, the most effective and the most popular way of fight against corrosion. The durability of the zinc surface, depending on aggressiveness of environment reaches from 20 to 60 years. The galvanized surfaces have a such property that they can be additionally painted. What is more, hot galvanizing does not change the properties of steel.

The immersion method (which is used in hot galvanizing) lets the zinc coat be covered evenly and exactly. Zinc has the possibility to reach places which are difficult to access; for example the interior of pipes or hollows.

Our galvanizing furnace is the biggest in the Podbeskidzie region and therefore we can galvanize details of big length what ensures good smoothness and even coat. We offer the galvanizing of building units and constructions, road barriers, road-sign constructions, transport palletes, constructions for energetics, gate bars and many more products on request of our clients.

Details up to 2000 kg, length up to 6,5 m

The galvanizing process can run several times therefore it is possible that details up to 5 m long can be put to the 2,60 m deep furnace and be galvanized from one side and then from the other side. We perform small details using centrifugal machine and details demanding galvanic covering - in our galvanizing plant.
